Piña Colada Smoothie

SHARE

If you like piña coladas… then you’ll love this recipe! You don’t need to be a bartender or have any prior knowledge of tropical drinks to make this 5-minute recipe.

We think there’s something about starting your day off with a piña colada smoothie that says, “The day can only go up from here.”

This is refreshing, easy to make, and packs protein to keep you full.

If you’re looking for ways to get more protein into your diet other than powders, greek yogurt has about 14g per ½ cup serving and adds body and creaminess to smoothies.

Coconut milk, coconut flakes, and pineapple chunks are what really make this smoothie feel tropical and relaxing. Even if you have a busy work day, this smoothie can transform you into an out-of-office mentality, even for a moment.

This smoothie also makes a great sweet treat for kids (as this piña colada is alcohol-free) or a midday pick-me-up.

We hope this piña colada smoothie takes you somewhere exotic. Cheers!
