Lexi is a content writer for TNI with a deep passion for food heritage, nutrition, and sustainability. Originally from Palm Springs, California, she holds a B.A. in Non-fiction Creative Writing from the University of Redlands and an M.A. in Sustainable Food Studies from the American University of Rome. Though she has spent most of her time in Italy in the last five years, she has traveled around the world as a digital nomad, working as a freelance writer and social media consultant.

When she’s not writing about the best nutrition products or the next big superfood, Lexi enjoys working out, reading, traveling, exploring her new home in Phoenix, and cooking elaborate meals at home.
