Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

SHARE

Peanut butter oatmeal balls are a satiating snack that are perfect for on-the-go. With calorie-dense ingredients, these work well as a pre-workout option and are kid-friendly!

The grab-and-go snack aisle at the grocery store is tempting and filled with lots of products that look a lot like this one. In an age where a lot of meals and snacks are enjoyed on the move, this is an appealing buy.

We favor our recipe because it is made without additives and preservatives. All it takes are 6 ingredients you probably have in your pantry already.

If you prefer to make these nut-free, sunflower butter can be substituted for peanut butter and maple syrup can be substituted for honey to fit a plant-based diet.

These peanut butter oat balls store well in the refrigerator although we are willing to bet they won’t last long, especially if you have tiny hands in your home.
