If we’re not in network with your insurance — or if we can’t bill your plan directly in your state — you still have options.
Self-Pay Visits
- Pay at the time of service using a credit card, HSA, or FSA (based on your plan rules)
- Pricing is always shown upfront
Superbill for Possible Reimbursement
- We can provide a detailed superbill with CPT and diagnosis codes
- You can submit this to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement
