Where We Accept Insurance

We currently bill Aetna insurance for eligible patients who are physically located in:
✅ Arizona
✅ California


If you have Aetna and live in one of these states, you may be able to use your insurance for nutrition visits.

Other States We Serve

Our dietitians are licensed in additional states, including:

✅Colorado

✅Michigan

✅Virginia

✅New Jersey

In these states, we currently see clients on a self-pay basis.


However, many clients are still able to receive partial reimbursement by submitting a superbill to their insurance, depending on their out-of-network benefits.

If We’re Out of Network or Can’t Bill Your Plan

If we’re not in network with your insurance — or if we can’t bill your plan directly in your state — you still have options.

Self-Pay Visits

  • Pay at the time of service using a credit card, HSA, or FSA (based on your plan rules)
  • Pricing is always shown upfront

Superbill for Possible Reimbursement

  • We can provide a detailed superbill with CPT and diagnosis codes
  • You can submit this to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement
