Amanda, a health enthusiast with a content marketing background, is The Nutrition Insider’s Social Media Manager & Video Producer. Originally from Austin, Texas, she pursued a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism.

Beyond her dedication to empowering others in their health journeys, Amanda finds joy in exploring restaurants (with Thai food as her favorite), playing the piano, snowboarding, and hiking.
