- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Optional: pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 300℉
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup until thoroughly combined
Pour mixture onto a large baking sheet and spread out. Leaving some clusters is ideal for crunchy bites and texture
Place in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, checking every 4 minutes or so to ensure granola is not burning.
Let cool and transfer to an airtight container or sealable bag (can be stored at room temperature and should be eaten within 5 days)
