Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 300℉
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and maple syrup until thoroughly combined
  • Pour mixture onto a large baking sheet and spread out. Leaving some clusters is ideal for crunchy bites and texture
  • Place in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, checking every 4 minutes or so to ensure granola is not burning.
  • Let cool and transfer to an airtight container or sealable bag (can be stored at room temperature and should be eaten within 5 days)
