- 2 ½ cups frozen mango
- Juice of 1-2 limes
- 3 tbsp coconut cream
- 1-1 ½ cups water (until smooth consistency is formed)
In a high-powered blender or food processor, add all ingredients, except water and blend
Add water in ½ cup at a time until all ingredients are incorporated and consistency is smooth
Place in a freezer safe dish and let it set for at least 2 hours
Remove from freezer and let it thaw for 20-30 minutes before scooping.
