Mango Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups frozen mango
  • Juice of 1-2 limes
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1-1 ½ cups water (until smooth consistency is formed)

Instructions
 

  • In a high-powered blender or food processor,  add all ingredients, except water and blend
  • Add water in ½ cup at a time until all ingredients are incorporated and consistency is smooth
  • Place in a freezer safe dish and let it set for at least 2 hours
  • Remove from freezer and let it thaw for 20-30 minutes before scooping.
