California Turkey Club Wrap Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 torilla (regular, low-carb, or gluten-free; we used a garden spinach herb wrap tortilla)
  • 1 tsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • 2-3 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices of turkey
  • 1 slice of turkey bacon (cooked and sliced into tiny pieces)
  • 3-4 tomato slices
  • ¼ avocado (sliced)
  • Optional: Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat your wrap tortilla in the microwave or in a lightly greased skillet (you can skip this if you prefer cold wraps).
  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard (optional) evenly on the tortilla.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients: cheddar cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon bits in the center of the wrap. Top with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Roll very tightly and slice down the center.
