Buffalo chicken dip is a savory and creamy dip that can be paired with veggies, chips, or crackers. Ingredients are combined, placed in an oven-safe baking dish, topped with cheese (yum) and ready to serve. We consider our dip “healthy” because we use greek yogurt and cottage cheese for bonus protein instead of classic cream cheese typically used in this dip recipe.
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients besides ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
Mix thoroughly until combined.
Pour dip into a glass 8x8 pan.
Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Serve with kettle chips, veggies, or your choice.
Notes
You can cook the chicken in a slow cooker, instant pot, you can boil it or use a rotisserie chicken (that’s what we used).Leftovers (if any) can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.To reheat, microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
