Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 3 Celery stalks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup Buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • *Optional toppings of red onion and avocado

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken breasts in boiling water until the internal temperature reads 165°F or cooked through.

  • Once cooled, shred the chicken with forks or stand mixer.

Notes

You can use precooked chicken breasts for this but if you used any other seasonings, be aware that this may impact your final product. Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to taste preference.
