Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek (2%, plain) yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup strawberries, mashed or blended in a food processor or blender
  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate
  • Sprinkles to taste, optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth; set aside
  • Mash strawberries or blend, set aside
  • Spoon ⅓ cup of the yogurt into the mashed strawberries and add 1 tbsp of honey; mix well.
  • Spoon ⅓ cup of yogurt into the melted chocolate mix until combined.
  • Add 1 tbsp of honey and the sprinkles to the remaining ⅓ cup of the yogurt mixture and combine.
  • Spoon each flavor into your preferred popsicle molds and freeze overnight or for at least 5 hours.
