- 1 cup Greek (2%, plain) yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup strawberries, mashed or blended in a food processor or blender
- 2 tbsp melted chocolate
- Sprinkles to taste, optional
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth; set aside
Mash strawberries or blend, set aside
Spoon ⅓ cup of the yogurt into the mashed strawberries and add 1 tbsp of honey; mix well.
Spoon ⅓ cup of yogurt into the melted chocolate mix until combined.
Add 1 tbsp of honey and the sprinkles to the remaining ⅓ cup of the yogurt mixture and combine.
Spoon each flavor into your preferred popsicle molds and freeze overnight or for at least 5 hours.
