How to Make Ginger Shots

Ginger Shots Recipe
Equipment
- Blender
- Fine-mesh strainer
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fresh ginger root chopped
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- Juice from 2-3 lemons
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 pinch Turmeric
Instructions
- Wash and chop ginger root.
- Juice fresh lemons.
- Add lemon juice to the blender.
- Add chopped ginger root to the blender.
- Add orange juice to the blender.
- Add honey to the blender.
- Add turmeric to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh strainer.
- Press on the solids with the back of a spoon or with the help of your hand to extract as much juice as possible.
- Serve into shot glasses and drink all at once.
Notes
- You can refrigerate the ginger shots in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
- They will settle as they sit, so make sure to shake before drinking.
