Frozen Yogurt Chocolate Raspberry Bites
We think we found the perfect combo! Peanut butter, chocolate, raspberries, and yogurt. These frozen yogurt chocolate raspberry bites are creamy, sweet, tart, and have no added sugar!
Berries are truly special little fruits, and not just because they’re beautiful.
Raspberries are high in antioxidants and carry about 8 grams of fiber per cup. They are also tart and sweet, which makes them pair perfectly with chocolate (and as we recently discovered, peanut butter and yogurt too)!
Sweet treats that are no-bake, easy to whip up, and taste great are our kind of dessert.
These frozen yogurt chocolate raspberry bites are great to make ahead of time and snack on when you’re in the mood for something sweet.
Since this happens to us on a daily basis, we like to keep our refrigerators and freezers stocked with “healthier” low-sugar desserts.
This helps us with our nutrition goals and we find that we’re less likely to grab for something that’s going to make us crash or feel icky the rest of the day.
This frozen yogurt chocolate recipe can be used with other berries of choice, though we wouldn’t personally want to try to fill a bunch of blueberries with peanut butter.
If you do choose to substitute for another berry, you could melt the peanut butter down so it’s thinner and coat and set in the freezer before dipping in yogurt.
You could also drizzle peanut butter on top of the already yogurt-coated berries if you prefer.
We use Hu’s no-added sugar chocolate chips to keep this a low-sugar snack. If you opt for another type of chocolate, be aware that this will alter our provided nutritional info.
This recipe is berry delicious… we hope you love it as much as we do!
