Originally from Palm Springs, California, Lexi holds a B.A. in Non-fiction Creative Writing from the University of Redlands and an M.A. in Sustainable Food Studies from the American University of Rome. When she’s not strategizing or writing about the best nutrition products, Lexi enjoys working out, reading, traveling, and cooking elaborate meals at home.
