Turkey Burger Recipe

You'll make a dinner everyone loves with this savory, delicious turkey burger recipe. With just a few ingredients and some seasonings (you can use whatever you want in whatever amount), you'll have turkey patties ready in no time. Serve with any number of burger toppings, with a bun or without, and enjoy with a side of potatoes (or anything else you like).

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, and spices (we use gloves for sanitary reasons and because this can get sticky).

  • Once well combined, form into patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. This should make about 8 patties for a regular sized burger.

  • Place in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes flip the patties and let brown on the other side.
  • Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and add desired toppings.

Notes

This recipe yields 8 regular-sized patties. You can also make sliders, but your cook time will be shorter so keep an eye on them.
