  • Juice from 2-3 lemons
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop ginger root.
  • Juice fresh lemons.
  • Add lemon juice to the blender.
