Healthy Guacamole
A classic dip packed with healthy fats and lots of flavor!

- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 limes , zest and juice
- ½ bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
- ½ of a red onion, finely diced
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Optional:
- 1 roma tomato, finely diced
- ½ jalapeno, finely diced
Open the avocados and remove the flesh into a bowl. Save one pit for storing.
Mash the avocado with the back of a fork or a spoon.
Add lime juice and zest and mix.
Add in cilantro, red onion, spices and mix.
Store along with one pit and tightly seal with plastic cling wrap for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
Serve with veggies and crackers or scoop on top of your favorite protein.
