Ingredients
  

  • 8 raspberries
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup Hu No Added Sugar Chocolate Chips
  • Flaky salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the raspberries.
  • Add peanut butter to a ziploc or piping bag, and fill each raspberry with peanut butter.
  • Dip each raspberry in a bowl of yogurt until each one is fully covered.

  • Place the yogurt-covered raspberry on a parchment paper lined plate and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, until the yogurt hardens.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each berry in the chocolate until it's covered and place it back on the plate.

Notes

You can also substitute the raspberries for any type of berry: strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, though you may need to drizzle with peanut butter instead of fill.
