Dry Ingredients:

monk fruit

Hu No Added Sugar Chocolate Chips

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Add wet ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix.
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Pour batter into a previously greased cake pan. You can use either 2 round 9 inch pans or one 13x9 inch pan
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While baking, melt in the microwave ½ cup of Hu No Added Sugar Chocolate Chips.
Wait until the cake has cooled, and top with melted chocolate.
Notes
A cup of honey or maple syrup can be substituted for monk fruit.
